Return Policy:
At epavlis.gr, we want our customers to have a pleasant online shopping experience, which is why we have adopted a flexible return policy in compliance with Greek and European legislation, as well as the terms of the suppliers of the products we trade.
The product must have been purchased exclusively from epavlis.gr.
Return Process:
Product returns can be accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt.
In case you receive a defective or incorrect product (a product you did not order), please follow the steps below:
- Contact us by phone or email to explain the issue and clarify the return procedure.
- If the issue is with the product (defective), you must send a photo of the defect via email so that we can confirm the replacement with the supplier.
- Complete the return form found here and send it via email to info@epavlis.gr.
- Send the product using one of the following methods, depending on the reason for the return:
- For returns due to defects, send the product using the same courier company with which the product was delivered, with the recipient bearing the cost (epavlis.gr).
- For returns due to ordering the wrong product, the shipping cost is borne by the buyer, and you can use the courier of your choice with the sender (customer/user) bearing the cost. If the sender (customer/user) does not pay the return shipping cost, the company has the right to refuse the package from the courier.
General Return Rules and Terms:
Under no circumstances will a product be accepted if it is not in its original condition. This means that the product must:
- Not be washed
- Not have been used in any way
- Have all its tags
- Not have damaged packaging
For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for:
- Pillows, masks (if their packaging has been opened)
Refunds are only given in the case of a defective product (if the customer does not want a replacement) or in the case of withdrawal from the contract.
Right of Withdrawal:
(According to Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, as amended by Y.A. Z1/891/2013 - F.E.K. B 2144/2013)
The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract (purchase) without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day the product(s) were delivered.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail – Hellenic Post, or by email to info@epavlis.gr). We will confirm the receipt and acceptance of your withdrawal via email.
If you withdraw from the contract, you must return the product(s) in the same condition as when you received them, along with the retail receipt. The product must not have been washed, used in any way, must have all its tags, and its packaging must not be damaged. Refunds cannot be processed if the product has been used after opening or if it is damaged. The return must be made to the supplier (epavlis.gr) without undue delay and within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product. In this case, you are responsible for the immediate cost of returning the goods.
The return of the item will be accepted only if the customer has paid all amounts that our company (epavlis.gr) incurred for the delivery of the product to them, including the return shipping costs.
Our company will process the refund for the cost of the product(s) to a bank account specified by the customer within a reasonable time frame after the products have been received by our company.
You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods as would be done in any physical store.
In any case, epavlis.gr is not responsible for any delay, alteration, or any burden to the product caused by the courier company.
*Every purchase with an invoice constitutes a contract between two parties for the acquisition of products intended for professional and not personal use. Since epavlis.gr has shipped the correct product, which does not present any manufacturing defects, the contract does not provide the buyer with the right to withdraw. This follows from Article 1a, paragraph 1 of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection.*
